What's included in the state filing fee?
The state filing fee is the government's charge for processing your LLC formation documents. It varies by state and is the only cost beyond our service fee. We never mark it up.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. Start with Launch for free and upgrade to Shield, Fortress, or Global anytime. You'll only pay the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period.
What happens after the free year of registered agent?
After your first free year, registered agent service continues at $49/year — significantly less than the industry average. If you're on Shield or above, it stays included.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within 30 days, we'll refund your Sedes service fee in full. State filing fees are non-refundable since they go directly to the government.
Do you offer discounts for multiple LLCs?
